Year 1 Phonics screening week

The children in Year 1 (plus children in Year 2 who did not take or did not pass their check last year) will be taking part in the KS1 phonics screening test between 9th and 13th June.

This short screen enables schools to check if children hold a secure understanding of phonics.

Results from the phonics screen will come out to parents with end of year reports.
